As CMS prepared to replace the Global and Professional Direct Contracting (GPDC) Model with the redesigned ACO Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (REACH) Model in 2023, SVM helped out client Bamboo Health develop targeted messaging for participating ACOs. The effort included the development of an infographic highlighting how, with Bamboo Health, ACOs could maximize their revenue and shared savings.
